Feds publish list of government data APIs

by Curtis Lee Fulton

Data.gov, a blog brought to you by the US federal government, has published a list of public data APIs that were launched as part of the Digital Government Strategy. Data.gov hopes the APIs will “fuel the development of new apps on everything from health, public safety, education, consumer protection, and many more topics of interest to Americans.”

The APIs range from the Department of Agriculture Animal Identification Management System data API to the US Geological Survey Water Services data API.
