Google petitions court to let it spill the beans on fed spying

Google says it’s petitioned the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court to let it spill the beans on fed spying. Specifically, the search giant wants to be able to publish “aggregate numbers of national security requests, including FISA disclosures, separately.”

The search giant went all Nixon-y earlier this month after details on the so-called “PRISM”  fed spy program were leaked, assuring users it has “nothing to hide.”
