Sparkup lets parents read to their kid, even while away
by Curtis Lee Fulton
Sparkup has launched the Sparkup Magical Book Reader, which lets parents read to their kid, even when they’re away. The reader works by first recording a parent reading a print book aloud to their tot. Once the recording has been saved, the child can pick up the book anytime and began flipping through it. The app knows what page the child has turned to, and plays back the recording for the appropriate page. It works even if an impatient child skips pages.
